How to place an order to us?  ?

The procedure is the same one as previously: It is enough for you to download on your PC,the Purchase order file and fill out all the information requested.

You will have to also identify your film reels by chronological order (month, year or in the order of the desired mounting).Do the same way if they are videotape.

The creation of your disc DVD with one or more interactive menus, will giveaccess to chapteredand separatevidéos, and possibly with under menus of selection of scenes.

A card of management entitled “Preparation of an order” (summarized of the two preceeding paragraphs) is joined to the file commande.pdf (page 2) to enable us to identify:  :

• films choosen
• chapters and their titles
• scenes and their names if necessary
• musics of yourchoice, texts or recordings of voice off. (The audio mounting, very often neglected, however represents a significant part of the success of your project)

and that it is advisable to print and complete as best we can , so that we can give you the best results
Join a copy of the whole of these documents, preferably in colissimo( special Post Office Mailing, with reference number of follow-up

An installment of 30% of the estimated cost will have to reach us so that we can take into account your order

To place an order implies “Ipso Facto” the acceptance of General Sales Conditions (joined to the file “commande.pdf”)
As of reception of your order, we will address to you an acknowledgement of delivery by email which will validate the contents, the amount of your order as well as the estimated completion date
A corrective estimate will be subjected to you before any intervention, in the case or the “Purchase order” would not correspond to the required services.

As soon as our services are finished, we inform you, by email, of the amount to pay us.

72 hours at the latest, after reception of your payment, we will communicate to you the number of follow-up of the colissimo by which we carried out your sending (sources and realization)
